Pano in Konstanz

0 stars definitely, Very unfriendly service, boring empty and sometimes angry looks when you complain! After I found a worm in the lettuce and wanted a new salad, it was just "just remove the worm and eat ..." There wasn't even any money back! Never again a pano absolutely not recommended! Hope the bald man still remembers me!

Hygiene concept not recognizable. Employees think little of masks. Distances are not kept. And that in a company that processes food. A great example for everyone who is interested in how it doesn't work. Bravo!

A café with tradition and heart and attention to detail, although very large. The selection of cakes is varied and you feel completely at home here.

Had a lovely breakfast here this morning. Had the fried eggs on bread with ham. Pretty expensive for €5 though. Took a long time to get my food. It was made quickly, but I saw it sitting behind the kasse staff for about ten mins. The guy asked me had I ordered. I said "yes, it's behind you". He got it and then had to ask me what else I had ordered. It's a terrible system that needs to be improved by better communication. Nice place though.

Bread with a difference. Top selection of different bread creations! This local idea is really unique and tastes like it. It's definitely worth a visit here!

Wonderful atmosphere with extraordinary furnishings. Hospitable and helpful service. Very large variety of desserts and drinks. Centrally located and there are also seats outside.

The coffee is always prepared on the portafilter. My cappuccino was even made with soy milk on request at no extra cost. Service was polite and friendly despite a large number of visitors. The location is definitely worth seeing and a visit. A huge building with lots of wooden details. You can also desert there for lunch. Next time then ?

Pano is great, very good quality. Unfortunately always too full. Price performance fits. It's always a must when I'm in Konstanz.

Not very cheap, but there are very tasty breads with different toppings and good coffee. Very cozy.

Such delicious pans! Cappuccino with vegan milk and still soooo frothy. Service also great and very friendly. It's so nice to sit outside and the atmosphere inside was great too! We recommend.

Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and Pano. Cafe has good view sitting outside. Toilets are very clean with hand disinfectant all around.

Cheesecake great and totally fluffy. The espresso macchiato was also good, although I would have liked a little more milk foam. Rather high in price. There is plenty of outdoor seating for comfortable sitting.

Large selection, therefore a bit confusing but something for everyone. In terms of taste, our breads were okay, but nothing special. Cappuccino was good. In terms of price okay. There are some spots outside in the sun and shade.

Unfortunately, I can't give a star here, because the two of us paid a whopping € 26 for a jam of bread, a butter pretzel, a cream cheese pretzel, 2 eggs, 2 coffee and 2 ounces of juice. We were in Konstanz for 3 days and we were aware that Konstanz is not cheap because of the tourists. However, this coffee (1 slice of bread with jam € 3.60!) Is absolutely beyond the scope. In our hotel there was 15 € p. P. a large buffet. The listless service did not change anything in this state. A shame, as the place made a cozy impression.

Coffee cup without a handle. You can hardly touch it because it's too hot. On request you can get a glass with a handle ... Outside seats are made of cold metal and very uncomfortable. Coffee tastes average.

Overall, a very chic café. The facility is great. The milk coffee consisted almost entirely of milk. The milkshakes as well - hardly any taste (only 2 scoops of ice cream). The tangerine and apple pie was quite good, the rhubarb not so. Self service was pretty stressful. The prices are very high - you could have afforded a waitress. Conclusion: is OK but not great

More like a station hall, so it is hardly possible to have a drink or eat something relaxed! The aperitif tasted so watery that I didn't even feel like eating anymore. Once and never again! The service is also very unfriendly and does not clear away uneducated drinks!

My girlfriend and I spontaneously wanted to have a salad for lunch. We both ordered a chicken caesar salad. (Chicken € 2 surcharge) However, she was missing the chicken and corn, both of which require an extra charge. When asked it said the chicken was out. There was no money back .. At least when we ordered we could have been informed that the chicken was out. Never again

The food and drinks are great, but a bit overpriced. The ice cream is very tasty and mostly sorbet, which is great for hot days. Some varieties are also something special that invites you to try them. Unfortunately, there is no regular way of handling the return of recups, at first I was ignored with my cup and later other customers were brought forward. It's a shame if such a "deposit system" already exists.

The selection here is really great. Eating vegan is also not a problem. However, there is always a lot going on here, which is good for the operator, but sometimes it just takes a little longer. Therefor a great central location and priced ok for Constance.

A long waiting list due to the touristic location and Corona, which was fine since it was to be expected at around midday. Once getting our food and drinks, taking place in one of few sunny spots outside on the terras (nice but construction site at other side of the street making noise was less fun, not their fault though, so no bad words about that). The food was good, freshly made on the spot and once ordered didn't take long at all to prepare. We also ordered some cappuccinos, which to me brought the score down to a 4, but honestly I was doubting to give them a 3 because of it. The first cappuccino was reheated, too thick foam that actually turned out fine-ish visually, the second cappuccino was a mix of new and old foam together, even thicker than the previous that was basically 'thrown' in the cup. I saw the girl behind the register look at the coffee being prepared by her colleague, to which she rolled her eyes and glanced shortly at me. You don't always need words to send a message. Overall I have no bad experiences with Pano, the guy behind the coffee machine probably was just stressed because of the amount of costumers standing in line waiting to be served. This can happen, I have my own history in hospitality, I know what it's like, no hard feelings, I myself would have remade the cappuccino if it turned out the way it did though.

Big space, but can still be hard to find seating. You order at the counter and take it yourself, so lots of people saved tables, which is fair just harder for everyone else. It was also very busy when we got there, so they were having trouble cleaning tables between customers. We had the spiegelei with salmon and basil cream on toast which was delicious. The orange juice was also good. The gross cappuccino is very large, but just extra milk and foam not extra espresso, and therefore not strong enough. Location is also very convenient, near the water and the altstadt center.

Lovely caffe with a calm atmosphere and pretty interior design.

Cannot say anything about the food, but they have the worst coffee on the planet and nothing is clean on the floor, table, seat, tray, furniture.

Best sweet I ever had!!!! Perfecr latte too!!! And the ice crema even better!!!!!

Great restaurant for lunch and a nice view onto the water as well as a great location near the central station in Konstanz. There was a dove living in the restaurant, which was a bit gross and the food was quite expensive (so I only give it a 4/5). Generally the food tastes well and was very fresh.

Always good for tourist or foreigner like me to sit down and have a beer sesh in the morning

The coffee is very good and thefood fresh..but they really have to do something eith the neverending lines one has to wait to get his order!! Tradic how such a nice place hasNO service!!

The cappuccino was not ok, to much foam. There are better places for coffee. It was cold inside the cafe. The breakfast was good.

Nice, big and atmospheric cafe. It seems as if it was turned from a beerhall. We were a large group and therefore had many different orders, from salads to desserts, and various drinks. Everything was very good. We also enjoyed sitting in the cafe for some time and watch the people come and go, or stick around as we did.

Difficult to define this bakery - restaurant - confectionery - gelateria - bar - event venue... It is definitely a great place to have a snack or even a meal, but I found it a bit confusing and due to the big crowd, it took a while to order the food and to find a place. It is super-trendy, nice, but the same time I missed a bit what the exact concept is. But it's recommended to visit.

If a restaurant or coffee house really deserves 5 stars then it's Pano.one of the most plesent places I've been in,and i lived already 55 years.

Good food and coffee, friendly staff, beautiful building and good prices. What more do you need!

I loved the coffee, staff nice and frienldy, although due to the huge mass of crowd on a Saturday the service was a little slow. Authentic interior and cool stuff. Lived it anyway ?

Very good place to have a coffee break, a snack or a meal. Extensive choice of food, very reasonable prices, almost always you can find somewhere to sit. You don't come in touch with staff that much, which is a good thing because you have you private space.
